We have one simple mission: feed as many homeless kittens around the world as possible.
After I was blessed with the gift of kittens left for me in my backyard by a stray, it opened my eyes to the problem of kittens who have no home. Looking into those big eyes staring back at me, it was clear what my mission was: to feed these little guys and let them know they were safe! I started Travel Teez to help raise money for different for different cat shelters around the world.
No one looks back on their life and wishes they had spent more time at the office. Escaping the routine and stress of being a lawyer, I began to invest more in my travels which I had begun since I was just a little baby thanks to my parents.
Whenever I go to a new country, I always look for a local street market. Surrounded with the smell of the local street food, and buzz of both the tourists and locals, I always hunt down a t-shirt that represents the country. Some people buy a shot glass as a souvenir, I buy t-shirts! When I would return home and wear these shirts, I would find that they would be quite the conversation starter when out in public. In fact, wearing the world on your body became such an attention grabber I decided to design and launch this store so that you too can proudly wear the countries you've travelled to like a badge of honor.
We are proudly located in Los Angeles, California. Not only are our shirts printed here, most of our shirts themselves are also locally sourced - stitched right here in downtown L.A. No sweatshop outsourcing here -everything locally made from start to finish.
Our t-shirts tell the story of where you've been not just with words but with the vivid images of the country and its beautiful flag. We are adding new countries all the time and if you don't see your favorite country, let us know and we'll see what we can do to add it!
Above all though, we are more than an online retailer - we are a community of travelers who proudly put our footprints all over the world. Whether you buy a shirt or not, we invite you to contribute your travel story to us to be featured in our blog.
Enjoy our clothing. Enjoy your travels. Enjoy life.
