What size do you think I need?

If you haven't seen our sizing page take a look here. It's very helpful.

I checked out as a guest and just created an account, but my order doesn't show up. Why?

If you checked out as a guest your order will not show up on a newly created account after the fact. Once the order ships you will receive a shipping notification.

Why can't I checkout?

If you're having trouble checking out please make sure your billing information is the same as what the bank has on file. If it doesn't match the order will not go through.

How do I exchange my shirt for another size?

Click here for instructions on exchanging your shirt. We do exchanges only, no refunds.

How long does it take to ship my item?

Your shirts are always hot off the press!  To ensure freshness, we only make your shirt once your order is placed.  You could say that when you receive your shirt, it will be "fresh from the oven".  As soon as the shirt is printed and packaged, we'll send it out.  None of our shirts have been sitting around in a warehouse pre-packaged collecting dust. 

We take about 2-7 business days to create our t-shirts and tank tops.  97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
